By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the Services on behalf of an educational institution, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

AlumniSpark provides a digital platform designed for educational institutions to engage with their alumni communities. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

- Communication tools and campaign management
- Mobile applications for alumni engagement
- AI-powered strategic recommendations and insights
3. Account Requirements
3.1 Institutional Accounts
- Services are available exclusively to qualified educational institutions
- Each institution must designate authorized administrators
- Institutions are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials
- Multiple user accounts may be created under the institutional account as per the selected plan
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these terms
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Founding Partner Program
- Limited to 5 partner institutions
- Special pricing and benefits as specified in the partner agreement
- 60-day satisfaction guarantee for founding partners
- Minimum 12-month commitment required
4.2 Standard Subscriptions
- Subscription terms as specified in the service agreement
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled within specified period
- Payment terms as outlined in the service agreement
5. Data Privacy and Security
5.1 Data Collection
- We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- Institutions retain ownership of their alumni data
- We implement industry-standard security measures
5.2 Data Protection
- SOC 2 compliance

- Regular security audits

6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Permitted Use
- Alumni engagement and community building
- Educational and professional networking
- Fundraising and advancement activities
- Event organization and management
6.2 Prohibited Use
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Discrimination or harassment
- Unauthorized data collection
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
7. Content Guidelines
7.1 Institution Content
- Institutions retain ownership of their content
- Content must comply with applicable laws
- Content must not infringe on third-party rights
7.2 User Content
- Users grant necessary licenses for content sharing
- Content must be appropriate for professional setting
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
8. Service Level Agreement
- 99.9% uptime guarantee
- Scheduled maintenance windows
- Support response times as per service tier
- Backup and recovery procedures
9. Termination
9.1 By Institution
- 30-day written notice required
- Data export options available
- Refund policy as per service agreement
9.2 By AlumniSpark
- Right to terminate for terms violation
- Notice period as required by agreement
- Data handling post-termination
10. Liability and Indemnification
10.1 Limitation of Liability
- Limited to fees paid in previous 12 months
- Exclusion of indirect damages
